- Smoke the Brisket
Season brisket point with salt, pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, and onion powder.
Smoke at 250°F for 5–6 hours until internal temp hits 190°F. - Make the Burnt Ends
Cut brisket into cubes. In a foil pan, mix cubes with chopped bacon, bourbon, BBQ sauce, butter, and maple syrup.
Return to smoker uncovered for 2 more hours, stirring occasionally until caramelized and tender. - Serve and Enjoy
Serve with cornbread, pickles, or over mashed sweet potatoes. Each bite is smoky, boozy, sweet, and unforgettable.
