Directions
- Prep the Drumsticks
Pat drumsticks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Make the Glaze
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach preserves, vinegar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Grill and Glaze
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill drumsticks for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally.
During the last 10 minutes, brush with peach glaze and let it caramelize on the chicken. - Serve
Serve hot with extra glaze on the side. These are sticky, sweet, smoky, and made for casual cookouts.
