Directions
- Prep the Skewers
In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Thread chicken, mango, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto skewers. - Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix mango chutney, BBQ sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Grill and Glaze
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with mango glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve
Serve skewers hot off the grill. Great over coconut rice or a crisp cucumber salad.
