Directions
- Prep the Ribs
Remove membrane from the back of ribs. Mix five-spice, brown sugar, salt, and garlic powder and rub all over ribs. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Slow Cook and Sauce
Preheat grill to 275°F. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2.5 hours.
In a saucepan, combine hoisin, soy, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. - Glaze and Finish
Unwrap ribs, baste with hoisin sauce, and return to grill for 30 minutes uncovered, basting every 10 minutes.
Sprinkle scallions over top before serving for a fresh bite
