Caribbean Rum-Glazed Mahi Mahi Steaks

    Olive Oil

    Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup
    Dark Rum
  • 2 tbsp
    Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp
    Allspice
  • 1 tsp
    Minced Garlic
  • 1 pcs
    Fresh Lime Wedges For Garnish

  • Make the Rum Glaze

    In a small saucepan, simmer rum, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, allspice, and garlic over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until slightly thickened. Set aside.

  • Prep and Season the Fish

    Brush mahi mahi with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • Grill the Mahi Mahi

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill fish 5–6 minutes per side, brushing generously with rum glaze during the final minutes.

  • Serve and Enjoy
