Carolina Gold Mustard Sauce

    Ketchup

    Garlic Powder

    Cayenne Pepper

Directions
  • Whisk It All Together

    In a saucepan, combine all ingredients: mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
    Whisk until smooth.

  • Simmer and Balance

    Simmer on low for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Adjust sweetness or tang with more honey or vinegar to your liking.
