- Form the Meatloaf
In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, salt, and pepper until just combined. Shape into two thick slabs.
- Wrap and Grill
Wrap each slab in bacon slices, tucking ends underneath. Grill over indirect heat at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Glaze and Finish
Brush with BBQ sauce and cook for another 15 minutes until internal temp hits 160°F. Bacon should be crisp and sauce sticky.
