Directions
- Prep the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently pull the meat above the shell and rest it on top. Pat dry and brush with olive oil.
- Season and Grill
Season with salt, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill flesh-side down for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6–7 minutes until opaque.
- Make the Chili-Lime Drizzle
In a bowl, mix melted butter, lime juice, honey, and grated garlic. Drizzle over lobster tails right off the grill.
- Serve and Enjoy
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with grilled corn or a tangy slaw. This one’s decadent and fiery with a tropical twist.
