BBQ Portobello Sliders with Tangy Pickles

    Large Portobello Mushrooms

    Olive Oil

    BBQ Sauce
  • 8 pcs
    Slider Buns
  • 0.5 cup
    Quick Pickles (Store-Bought Or Homemade)
  • 0.25 thinly sliced
    Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup
    Shredded Lettuce
Directions
  • Let’s Get Cooking

    Brush mushrooms with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side until tender.
    Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
    Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill.
    Assemble sliders with mushrooms, pickles, onion, and lettuce.
