Black Garlic and Balsamic BBQ Sauce

    Balsamic Vinegar

    Molasses
  • 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar

    Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp
    Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp
    Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 tsp
    Onion Powder
  • 1 pcs
    Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
Directions
  • Blend the Base

    In a saucepan, combine mashed black garlic, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, and onion powder.
    Whisk well over medium heat.

  • Simmer and Thicken

    Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring often for 20–25 minutes until thickened and glossy.

  • Cool and Finish

    Let cool slightly before bottling.
