Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Shrimp & Grits

    Ketchup

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    Butter
  • 4 cup
    Cooked Creamy Grits (with Butter, Salt, And Cheese If Desired)

    Chopped Scallions For Garnish

  • Make the Bourbon BBQ Glaze

    In a saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, paprika, and cayenne. Simmer until thick, then stir in butter.

  • Grill the Shrimp

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, basting with glaze.

  • Serve and Enjoy
