- Make the Bourbon BBQ Glaze
In a saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, paprika, and cayenne. Simmer until thick, then stir in butter.
- Grill the Shrimp
Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, basting with glaze.
- Serve and Enjoy
