- Sauté the Carrots
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced carrots.
Sauté for 8–10 minutes until they begin to soften. - Add the Glaze
Stir in brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Continue to cook, stirring often, until carrots are tender and coated in a sticky glaze - Top and Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted pecans before serving.
