Directions
- Season the Chops
Rub pork chops with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Make Creole Butter
Mix softened butter with garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley. Chill until ready to serve.
- Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill pork chops for 6–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Serve with Butter
Top each chop with a dollop of Creole butter right off the grill. Let it melt and soak in. Serve with grilled corn or dirty rice.
