Directions
- Marinate the Pork
Mix hoisin, honey, soy sauce, wine, five-spice, sesame oil, garlic, and optional food coloring. Marinate pork for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Grill to Perfection
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill pork for 15–18 minutes, turning and basting frequently with remaining marinade, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Slice and Serve
Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve over jasmine rice or in bao buns with pickled vegetables.
