Directions
- Grill the Broccolini
Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat for 4–6 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred. - Make the Crumb Topping
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add panko, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Toast until golden and crispy. - Finish and Serve
Place grilled broccolini on a platter, sprinkle with crumbs, and drizzle with lemon juice.
The crunch, citrus, and char play perfectly together.
