Directions
- Marinate the Steak
Combine lime juice and zest, oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub all over steak and marinate for at least 2 hours
- Grill to Temp
Preheat grill to high. Grill steak for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temp hits 130°F for medium-rare.
- Slice and Serve
Let rest 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain. Serve with grilled peppers, chimichurri, or stuffed into tacos.
