Chipotle Lime Grilled Swordfish Steaks

    Swordfish Steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp
    Chipotle In Adobo, Minced
  • 1 tsp
    Lime Zest
  • 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp
    Honey
  • 1 minced
    Garlic Cloves
  • 0.5 tsp
    Salt
  • 0.25 tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 1 pcs
    Fresh Cilantro And Lime Wedges For Garnish
Directions
  • Make the Marinade

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle, lime zest, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Marinate the Swordfish

    Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish or bag. Pour marinade over and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.

  • Grill to Perfection

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the center is opaque.

  • Serve and Enjoy
