Directions
- Make the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle, lime zest, lime juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Swordfish
Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish or bag. Pour marinade over and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes.
- Grill to Perfection
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the center is opaque.
- Serve and Enjoy
Top with fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve with rice or grilled corn for that beachside taco truck vibe.
