- Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp orange zest, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Grill the Skewers
Thread shrimp onto skewers. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred.
- Serve and Enjoy
