Fire-Grilled Garlic Butter Langoustines

    Whole Langoustines, Split Lengthwise

    Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 2 finely minced
    Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp
    Chopped Parsley
  • 0.5 tsp
    Chili Flakes
  • 1 pcs
    Salt And Pepper To Taste
Directions
  • Prep the Butter

    Mix melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

  • Brush and Grill

    Brush langoustines generously with the butter mix. Grill flesh-side down over high heat for 3–4 minutes, then flip and grill shell-side down for another 3 minutes.
