Grilled Octopus with Smoked Paprika Chimichurri

    Octopus, Cleaned
  • 1 pcs
    Lemon, Halved
  • 4 smashed
    Cloves Garlic
  • 1 pcs
    Bay Leaf
  • 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1 pcs
    Salt And Pepper
Directions
  • Boil and Tenderize Octopus

    Simmer octopus in water with lemon, garlic, and bay leaf for 45 minutes or until tender. Let cool.

  • Make Chimichurri

    Mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt.

  • Grill the Octopus

    Cut tentacles and grill over high heat until charred, 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Serve and Enjoy

    Drizzle with chimichurri and serve with grilled potatoes or rustic bread. Complex, bold, and unforgettable.
