Directions
- Steam and Open Clams
Steam clams just until they open. Remove the top shell and loosen clam from bottom shell.
- Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix chorizo, bell pepper, panko, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill and Finish
Spoon filling onto each clam. Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until topping is golden and bubbling
- Serve and Enjoy
Serve hot with lemon wedges and a chilled white wine. Fancy but fire-kissed.
