Grilled Stuffed Clams with Chorizo & Peppers

    Large Clams
  • 0.25 cup
    Cooked Chorizo, Finely Chopped
  • 0.25 cup
    Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
  • 0.25 cup
    Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp
    Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 minced
    Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1 pcs
    Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 pcs
    Lemon Wedges For Serving
Directions
  • Steam and Open Clams

    Steam clams just until they open. Remove the top shell and loosen clam from bottom shell.

  • Make the Filling

    In a bowl, mix chorizo, bell pepper, panko, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Grill and Finish

    Spoon filling onto each clam. Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until topping is golden and bubbling

  • Serve and Enjoy

    Serve hot with lemon wedges and a chilled white wine. Fancy but fire-kissed.
