Honey-Soy BBQ Scallop Skewers

    Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    Honey
  • 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp
    Rice Vinegar
  • 1 minced
    Garlic Cloves
  • 0.5 tsp
    Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp
    Chopped Scallions
  • 1 pcs
    Skewers (If Wooden, Soak In Water 30 Minutes)
Directions
  • Make the Marinade

    Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

  • Marinate the Scallops

    Add scallops and toss gently. Let sit for 10 minutes while grill preheats to medium-high.

  • Grill the Skewers

    Thread scallops onto skewers. Grill 3–4 minutes per side, basting with extra marinade.

  • Serve and Enjoy

    Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve over jasmine rice or noodles. Light, savory, and seared to perfection.
