Directions
- Prep the Mushrooms
Brush mushrooms with olive oil and lightly season with salt. Set aside.
- Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, Old Bay, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
- Stuff and Smoke
Fill each mushroom cap with crab mixture. Mix panko, butter, and Parmesan, then sprinkle over the top. Preheat smoker to 250°F and smoke mushrooms for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
